Cookie policy

1. In short
This website does not use cookies for advertising, analytics or social media, nor any tracking tools. Visitors to the website receive no cookies at all. In your browser we store only the little that is strictly necessary for the site to work the way you asked, described below. For that reason, under Article 5 of Portuguese Law no. 41/2004, no consent request or cookie banner is needed.
2. What is stored in your browser
- ct-lang (local storage): the language you chose with the PT / EN switch. Kept until you delete it.
- ct-lang-suggest (local storage): remembers that you closed the suggestion to view the site in English, so that it is not shown again.
- contactFormSubmissions (local storage): the times of your last quote-form requests, without their content, to limit sending to 3 per hour on this device.
- ct-compare (session storage): the devices you picked to compare in the refurbished store. Deleted when you close the tab.
- Site cache (service worker): copies of the website's own files (pages, images, styles and scripts), so that it opens faster and still shows when you are offline. It contains no personal data.
This data stays on your device, is not sent to us and cannot identify you. You can delete it at any time in your browser settings (for example “Clear browsing data” or “Manage site data”); the website keeps working.
3. Third-party services
- Google review photos: loaded from googleusercontent.com when a review appears on screen. Google receives your IP address; the request does not say which page it comes from.
- YouTube or Vimeo videos: only loaded if you tap “Watch video” on a repair. We use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com) and Vimeo's “do not track” option, but from that moment these services may store data in your browser under their own policies.
- Google Maps, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and Telegram: the website only links to these services; nothing loads until you tap one of the links.
4. Management area (staff only)
The website's management area uses a session cookie, strictly necessary to keep the session signed in securely. It is deleted when the session ends or the browser is closed, and only exists in the browsers of the people who work in the shop.
5. More information
How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. If you have any questions, write to [email protected] or call +351 923 182 534.
